Xbox Fitness Coming To Xbox One
With the Kinect 2.0 being packaged with the Xbox One console this November, gamers are yet to see a game that shows them why the Kinect demands to be part of the price they are paying for their new console, as many would happily leave out the Kinect if they could.
With only Kinect Sports Rivals being a title that interests me at the moment, today comes news of a brand new fitness app that will no doubt please many wives around the globe if your partner is anything like mine.
Xbox Fitness is a subscription based app that sees gold members able to keep fit via some big names across the pond when it comes to keep fit.
Many of us Brits will see the faces and remember them from late nights out and turning the TV to on infomercials trying to sell us keep fit dvds for 100+ pounds.
Beachbody’s P90X (Tony Horton) and INSANITY (Shaun T), Jillian Michaels, Tracy Anderson all feature in the app, which if you’re a lover of burgers like myself their names will mean nothing to you 🙂
The added bonus the Kinect now has is the fact it can read your heartbeat, which if judging myself on previous keep fit games it will tell me to sit down before I have a heart attack.
On one hand I see this as another pointless thing for the new Kinect, but I can also see the plus sides of it as it brings more ways for gamers like myself to try such things out without the need to go to a gym and sweat like a walrus.
Xbox Fitness kicks off this Christmas, so be sure to keep an eye out for it.
