SpeedRunners Will Be Hitting Xbox One Next Year
TinyBuild Games has announced that SpeedRunners will be coming to the Xbox One next year! I’m pretty chuffed as I’ve not long brought and played this title on Steam for PC and really enjoyed it, but very much a multiplayer game.

The 2D platformer pits four players against each other in a race full of power ups and gadgets, oh don’t forget my personal favourite … the grapple hook! It’s a well-known fact that grapple hooks make games better. Using the tools in your grasp, you race other superheroes along the path trying to get as far a lead on them, so that once they get left behind they get eliminated from the race.
The title will have single player campaign, time trials, leader boards full of scores to beat and of course online multiplayer. On the Steam version, SpeedRunners does have user-created levels but I doubt the Xbox version will have it due to how closed the system is, but I have been known to be wrong before and fingers crossed the game will have a level editor to share your creations.
N+ and Trials series have been able to do it in the past so why not this one.
Though as said, sadly the title won’t be out till 2015, but I will try and capture some gameplay on the PC to show you how the game plays.
