Techie (But Stunning) Look At Tom Clancy’s The Division’s

During the recent VGX’s a video was published showing off the next generation engine being utilised for Ubisoft’s next blockbuster, Tom Clancy’s The Division. The engine, seen below, is called snowdrop and demonstrates spectacularly the level of graphics complexity and physics delights we can expect when the game is released late 2014.

The Division itself is a third-person tactical shooter/RPG in which a disease has spread across the US in five days. Not only does it look a riot, the game will feature massive multiplayer online scenario’s.

The Division will be released on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One Q4, 2014.

This is what I’m talking about! Q4 2014 is when I may revisit the option of investing in next gen, I always said mid to late 2014 would have been expected Next Gen release.

Thw two games that make me want to keep eyes on next gen all unfolding are Titan Fall and Division.

Both Titan Fall and the Division are coming to PC as well 😉

Hmmmm depends how much the Xbox One is this time next year!

I very doubt it will drop price, Xbox 360 didn’t have a price drop for quite some time, and they aren’t worried by numbers after hitting 2 million and being MS most successful launch and claiming to be the fastest NA selling console but not the most.

I think MS are sitting quite happy for the mo and will wait it out. The first to do a price drop will probably be a supermarket but if they are selling units which they are I don’t think they will. WiiU only got a price drop due to hardly selling.

cant wait to get Titan Fall, looks set to be some series of games

While I do love the tech demo, I much prefer it to see it in action and see if this is the final product. I mind being amazed by Far Cry 2 demo they had at expo only to be changed and a pile of junk when released.
