*Bamf* Marvel Games Vanishing From Xbox Live, PlayStation Network And Steam

Like a fuzzy little blue elf mutant, Activision’s Marvel games are vanishing from XBL, PSN and Steam. First to go was the most recent tie-in release by the company, “merc with the mouth” Deadpool – which was only released in June last year! The big list of Activision’s comic book related titles to go are:

  • Spider-Man: Friend or Foe
  • Spider-Man: Web of Shadows
  • Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions
  • Spider-Man: Edge of Time
  • X-Men: The Official Game
  • X-Men Destiny
  • X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
  • Deadpool

Also hunted down by sentinels or removed from history by the dastardly time traveller Kang the Conqueror, appear to be Capcom’s Ultimate and (normal flavour) Marvel vs. Capcom 3. I’m guessing someone’s tightening up licensing ready for a fresh assembled assault of Marvel games.

Physical copies of these game are still available, so use your own Cerebro to locate them now.
